Customisation Fee: £407
This fee covers our time to source the tone-woods and parts of your choice as well as our Luthier's labour time.
Deposit
A payable (non-refundable) deposit of 50% of the overall price in which you'll be quoted, is required before we start the customisation process.

Lead Time
The lead time for a customised instrument is subject to availability of your choice of tone-wood, and can take anything from 6 weeks (minimum) up to 10 months, which is rare but could be the case with species that eithe need air drying of the imports come in from places like Tasmania and are only available at certain times within the year. Please check with us for availability before making your choice of tone-wood.

ATTENTION
Our second-to-none oil-finishes include 10 different grades/stages of sanding (240 - 2500), an extremely labour intensive process which can take from 4 -9 hours, depending on the hardness of the wood species. Our oil-finishes require 30 - 40 layers of our specially formulated mixture of oils over a period of 3 - 4 weeks.
