The Old Dog is our take on a favourite British EL84 based amp and the only high-gain version of it on the market. We had to work hard on maintaining the original voice of the amp but at the same time compensate for the lack of low end, as well as increase the gain of the amp to make it more versatile and more "able" to perform at any high gain-demanding playing styles. A midrange control has also been also added which wasn't present at its original version, as well as a transparent FX-loop which literally doesn't affect the tone of the amp at all and can also be be switched off (taken off the circuit) if you wish to do so. The Old Dog is definitely every EL84 amp lover's dream come true.
