 Mr Shaun Baxter. ​The name Pioneer derives from the press Shaun received back in the 80's and 90's when he fused the styles of Jazz-Beebob and Heavy Metal in such a unique way and to such a high standard never seen or heard before in the music world prior to his debut album "Jazz-Metal" -- which earned him the nickname "The Pioneer".  The instrument combines all the features of comfort required in the most demanding playing styles while at the same time maintaining all the vintage attributes of tone without compromising them in any way. Shaun's philosophy of true tone and playability, in conjunction with our expertise in transforming guitarists' ideas into instruments, is the birthplace of the Zivory Pioneer.

The Zivory Fauser fully justifies its name, as the meaning of the word Fauser is "Ultra-Superior Being".  With a contoured heal to die for, an extremely low cutaway to access every last fret on the neck, a very low action to even satisfy the fastest shredders and two humbuckers with a 5-way super switch to provide the widest range of tones and offer a versatility with no stylistic restrictions at all.  You have all the humbucking and single coil tones you need as the options are provided by our specially designed hand-wired pickups which are built to cover all possible tones whether you select position 1&5 for a humbucking tone or the other 3 single coil options when split through the 5-Way Mega-Switch.
